I did better with my macros on Monday (10/74/16) AND NET CARBS WERE 28.48! Still haven't got the fiber where it needs to be -- just 10.5 Blood sugar at bedtime was 188. I will keep on keeping on! Evening walk was only 1/3 of the distance we usually walk. The sky was overcast with rain clouds and it was getting dusky again, not a very safe time to walk on the public road. Heat index is expected to be high the rest of the week and by the weekend it will reach 100 degrees, with "feel like" prediction of 111.
