Fasting blood sugar 180, weight 177.5 I stuck to intermittent fasting yesterday, added 30 minutes on stationary bike, walked 1.2 miles, and Yay for me! lost 2.5 pounds. So I will see if I can do that today.
I did manage to keep IF today, although my 2nd meal was at 3:30 instead of before 3 pm. Our walk today was only about 2/3 the distance we usually walk, but we did walk. I missed seeing the bobcat hubby saw cross the road, but I did see the buck that thought he was hidden in the trees from us. We could see him peering through the branches at us. Hank missed the buck too because he was interested in the bobcat's trail. Walking just at dusk gives us interesting sightings! I also rode my exercise bike 30 minutes this afternoon.
