I swear there's some kind of trickery going on here!! I kept within my weekly Goal average and this is what I get??!🤬🤬

It could be something simple like you're logging a glass of red wine as 105ml, when if you actually measured it it might be more. I usually measure my wine with a measuring cup and it ends up being 125ml at a time so I log it as 1.2 or 2.4 of that portion depending on if I'm having a glass or two - your glass might be different from what's on the list of options so perhaps check that. You could also perhaps cut out wine completely just for a week and see how that affects the scale - you might be surprised. When your body is trying to process the alcohol in your system it's not using that energy to burn fat - or at least that's how I understand it - I'm open to anyone correcting me if I'm wrong. Otherwise you seem to be doing very well so it could be all sorts of other factors like whether you're getting enough sleep, etc. so just stay on track and you should see some results in time. All the best!

Water retention, you can retain up to 3kgs worth. Maybe drink more water to help flush out any sodium you might be eating in your foods. Processed meats like ham, biltong, etc have plenty of sodium. Gluten can also have the same response.

Thank you guys.. I was just about ready to give up.. but let me rather do it properly this time and very presice and let's see how this week goes 😉
