after your post on my journal I was looking at yours. Recently it came to my attention that I should be watching my sodium intake. Not trying to overstep...but I couldn't help but notice when looking at your food journal that your sodium intake seems like mine was...high. Watch what you are eating that is causing that. You could be retaining more than you need to with the amount of sodium. Possibly just something that may kick you down into the 30's sooner.
Since I started watching I have only slipped up and gone over my threshold of 2000 per day a few times. It seems to be helping with my loss. Today was a bad day for me with that...I went over 3000. Won't do that again...will probably see it on the scale in the morning too!
