Went off track again for a while. Found new motivation recently. Started back with lifting and running, now running at faster speeds. Built more muscle and now have a smaller waist. Started juicing every morning as well along with eating more fish.
96,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 24,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 14,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
