I am still confused with how to calculate daily calories i eat very less and mostly protein initially i lost 5kg but now there is no progress

shah ghani u actually are in a state of platue actually what happen is our body was made to adapt the changes so when you change your life style meaning eating less and working out n all so now your body has changed it self accordingly so now what u have to do is again change your habits like change in exercise like if u normaly jog now do weight lifting may b swimming or hitit and also change your diet and drink warm water plus dont workout more then 30mins 1 week work out 30 mins then the next week workout for 40 and then again 30 you have to continuesly change your eating habits and your workout routines

I eat everything..count cal ...eat upto 800 cal ...walk upto 10,000 step daily .....I cheat sometimes and wat 1000 cal or 1300 cal ....no sugar ,no oil .I loose 9kg in 1 month and 25 days
