At last, I'm moving again. Having been away from home much of the last week and out of my normal routine, I wasn't sure how my weight-loss programme was going to go. Travel was really exhausting, even though this trip was quite successful both professionally and personally. It's taken a couple of days to recover (and I'm not sure I'm fully recovered, my body takes much longer now).
