Hit a Plato, but have a better scale to track more of how my body is doing. I am going to limit my weigh-ins every 2 weeks now that I lost my initial water weight of 8lbs. Going to start adding strength training and better meal prep to my routine before September, really excited! I have also tracked everyday since June 1st, so that's one win.
