Plan for day: IF/Keto/exercise
Two hours working on iris bed before breakfast. I've replanted iris and added other plants so am officially finished with that project except for watering what I planted today. That will wait until evening when its cooler. Glad that's done! Now am ready to tackle the garden again. Rain chances are good because Laura will probably hit Texas coast. I'm ready to pull up the pole beans and plant the rest of my fall veggies. Am having lots more energy as the weight and glucose drop. Back on track today. Exercise bike for 30 minutes but no walk this evening.
