I started on this journey in 2017. It has been a roller coaster up and down ride every week. The most I think I have lost is about 50 lb total. It's a problem 2017 until 2020. I'm thankful for what I've lost, but I still have about 55 lbs to go. 😣 UGH
82,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 22,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
