Upping my protein to see if that will help get over this weird plateau. I've been counting my calories for a little over a month now. I lost 8 pounds the first 9 days then 1 pound over next 2 weeks. Then nothing for a week and now finally showing down 1.5 pounds since last week. I'm actually really proud how well I've done counting calories and sticking to it despite not getting the results I wanted.
