Fasting blood sugar 142; weight 170.8
Plan for day Egg Fast/IF/exercise
I ate a 2 egg omelet with 1 tbsp salsa and Mexican spices, with 1 slice mozzarella cheese, plus iced coffee with butter but no cream. I have learned to like coffee. First it was bulletproof coffee with cocoa powder added. Then it was bulletproof coffee without cocoa, and now it is iced coffee with or without butter, but it has to be brewed not instant. Who would have thought it would take 78 years to learn to like it!
Today: still too wet to garden. I am getting so close to 170 that it tempts me to buy new clothes, but I will resist that for another 10 pounds, and buy some more mums instead. They are so pretty this month.
Walked this evening, just for 1 mile. Will do arm exercises while I watch the news.
Macros 5/78/17; calories 1558; net carbs 14.61; fiber 4.8.
