Diario de SwtDivaHou, 27 ene. 09

I gained 2lbs based on the scale. I weighed myself three times because my scale is funny, it would only be off by an ounce, so the 276 is a real number. I am getting a little frustrated that I am not dropping more lbs. I seem to be going up instead of down. :-(

We'll see what next week brings us. I have increased my water intake and modified my dinner to be extra light. I am trying not to go into my flex points so we'll see.

Good luck with that. I've been having a hard time not using my Flex Points, so hopefully you're better at it than I am. : )

I have used them, I just try and use them on my heavy workout days which are Tues, Wed, and Thurs. I try to work out for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on those days. The Strawberry Kiwi Breeze smoothie from Smoothie King is a huge help on the heavy workout days because it gives me an energy kick. I then eat a salad when I get home if I am hungry. We'll see how it all plays out when I finish putting my food in my diet calendar.

Hang in there and stay encouraged. The scale will start to move the other way!!! Increasing your water intake is an excellent thing to do. I have found eating my last meal for the day before I work out in the evenings extremely helpful. Also, be sure your smoothies are not packing any hidden extra calories. Keep up the good work and the scale will follow suit ;o)

Thanks Tral, you are getting close to your goal! You are such an inspiration to me. I always do the same type of smoothie from Smoothie King because the one I make has more calories. I am surprised it's so filling. I try to drink it before I go work out, so far the smoothie or a fiber one bar has helped me not to feel hungry at night.
