Wow, thought I would lose this week, kind of starved myself, been doing Weight Watchers and my Diebetic there about the same. Eating 1/2 cup of food, and nonething. Getting real depressed.
117,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 51,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.

Starving yourself slows your metabolism right down and makes your body turn everything you eat into fat stores so it is a bad thing to do. make sure you eat more than 1000 calories a day and split all meals so that you are eating every 2-3hrs. and eat 5 serves of veg a day and 2 fruit.

I second what she said above. You have to eat to lose. Do not go below your daily points (they are the minimum amount you should be eating). Some one on here was doing the same thing, they ate their points and lost over 3 pounds. Think of your metabolism like a fire place, if you don't keep putting wood in it, it will die out. You have to feed your metabolism in order for it to burn. So eat your points and stop starving yourself.
