116/9/7/16 for 2020/September/September Gym/PT was yesterday. Work stopped workouts for M-W. Left hip hurt more than usual by Wednesday night. Maybe the workouts are good for the hip, and I don't need to worry as much about that? I'll need to keep close track of that pain and my activity preceding it. And maybe actually do my PT.
