Haven't been too good about using the eliptical-- haven't for a couple of weeks now. Did start using the tension band while doing strengthening on wii fit-- why did I not think of that before?? Wonder if that's one reason why my weight loss has slowed down so much. Going to get back into it, and increase my calories a bit by making sure I have 2 snacks instead of just one.
