Having trouble my eating day. Can't eat a lot of fat. Crave more carbs. Don't think craving is physiological but more mental. Just want to crunch on chips, eat pumpkin pie with whipped cream. So weight is up today.
105,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 38,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

Yeah that may be an issue. It is not so much carb as "junk" it looks like. You are rewarding yourself with good food after starving. I do not think that is uncommon at all. Maybe try to eat a big healthy meal ... not not think of it as fat but as food and then plan smaller portions of your happy food to follow. You will figure it out. I think you are doing so well!!!
