Weight steady. FBG 6.3 today, all over the shop. Think I will cease the constant measuring of my blood sugar now. I'm following the diet and rarely get below 6 now anyway, which is annoying. It is what it is and it's something I don't need to stress about. I'm not at 11.9 anymore
