Diario de Niki13, 18 feb. 09

Here i am again...it just seems like a freakin' roller coaster...one day committ...maybe go along for a week or two...then i freakin' stop again...grrrrrrr drives me crazy...Sure life gets in the way...it always does...I thought i was back "a couple of months ago" and i was and then life happened...Peeps drama became overwhelming...my life became overwhelming...i got mono again...seriously its crazy...mono like 8 times in two years. I am gonna try this all over again stay focus...commit to being here...commit to excercising.

So here we go again with the goals:
1. workout 6 days a week - for right now HHA (Hip Hop Abs)
2. Treadmill - 6 days a week - i guess i am gonna start with 30 mins a day - sounds reasonable i think
3. Eating Clean
4. Drinking lots of H2O
5. Checking in...whether posting or journal writing
6. Hopefully finding some buddies to keep my butt in check!
