Oops. Gained a bit on scale this a.m. Did have a 2.5/week loss as per official doctor's office Friday. Today's gain from extra Premier Protein? Soup with leftover steak probably was enough protein. Maybe not quite enough water? This is why some discourage daily weigh-ins. Ketones still 1.3. That's good. So today is a new day. What are we going to make of it, FS friends? That is the question of the day!!
