Diario de psh17, 28 nov. 20

I think I did okay given it was a holiday weekend (I wasn't celebrating, but I was an an online convention and much high-calorie food was available).

Back on track this week - my goal is to stay under 190 through the holiday season, and to stay hydrated. I tend to be really hungry when it's cold out, and I find any foodstuff with candied fruit in it exceptionally hard to resist, so....it'll be hard, but I know I can do it!
