Hello, my name is Mimi and I am emotional eater. 2010 was a pretty bad year for me and I am hoping to make 2011 a year of change. I want to loose this weight and take off the 10 pounds I gained back over the Nov. and Dec. holidays. If I want to this there is not better way then to just jump in an do it. You just have to start, but I am on some seriously shaky ground.
