13 lbs lost on a plant based calorie restricted diet. Barely a calorie deficit.
My parter ordered Portuguese chicken last night. I made a small plate but it bumped me over my calorie limit by a bit.
That means I need a deficit today to make up the difference. I'm at a steady 217. Last week I was ~25% body fat thanks to the soin fold tests.
I haven't slept well the past few days since I've been flirting with someone too much. (Don't worry - my partner knows)
I need to exercise so I can sleep well again. This is brutal.
