It's been a month since I checked on my weight and it was a month of eating intuitively with no calorie counting and stuff like that. And there were lots of sweets and a Thanksgiving turkey included. And what do I see? Almost no difference😲 I afraid it's because I wasn't working out and lost some muscle weight. And it's not the way I wanna look! So, back to exercising 💪
