I have not been on track this week at all. I haven't been tracking my food. I let my exercise slip. The weather hasn't been that great so I haven't been out walking with the dog, so I am letting her down too. I am working on being better. I have been depressed this week. Enough to let hygiene slide a bit. It's been a little hard. I am sure my food intake has a bit to do with it.
I am really bad at giving myself some slack and that doesn't help the overall affect. I am a thorough believer in every minute is a new minute to start over and do the next right thing.
