Hi Yesmine15585, welcome. I've had to fight against my weight since 12 years old. I lived on a farm my Sunday menu was full English breakfast followed by a huge Sunday roast. Plus high tea sandwich homemade cake, scones and butter and cream also child snacks in between. Also during the week cereal, boiled eggs toast and Marmalade. School lunches then home time huge evening meal. It wasn't until I was a young woman who swam before work. Worked then did gym after work at long last my weight went down to 7.5 stone. Until I was about 30 then by the time I was 40 I researched 12. 6 stone I worked hard got to 8.6 stone and give or take a little now 62 I've remained the same. Do good luck Yasmine155585.
