I'm married! back from pur getaway to beautiful Quebec City and slowly trying to get back into the swing of things. While I was away I had a wheat binge and am paying for it sorely now... bloating, abdmonal pain, the runs, lethargy, head aches.... in case I wasn't certaon before, I am certain now: I havw a gluten sensitivity.
