ok so i had a bad weekend. and this is the results. I refuse to give up!!Im going to buy some healthy foods today and im giving up my chocolate kisses and fruit loops. I have to try clean eating lower fat lower carbs lower sugar. and increase my water. I guess it DOES matter what you eat and not just points. I worked soo hard to lose 5 pounds and i gained four back I really don't get it i exercise 90 minutes a day this can make anyone just want to give up but i WILL NOT back down I am in it to WIN!!!THIS IS WAR!!!!

Great plan! It absolutely DOES matter the quality of food you put in your body. The points are just a guideline, in my opinion. The focus should be on healthy, whole, less processed foods. Your body will love you for it! And after awhile, it will crave those healthy foods and not the junk!
