Weighed in just under 11st which was the target I had set to reach before Christmas when I first started this weight loss journey. I am lowering my target bit by bit so it is just out of reach as I like the chase. My next target is 10st by May which I think is doable. If I lose 0.8lb before Christmas I will record that as it will signify 3st loss. I will relax a little over the festive period, so I expect a rise. I am not going to record the gain on here (although my scales will 😳), so I don't expect to record another loss until end of January. Thank you fs family for your inspiration with words and pictures. You are all amazing. x
