Ketones 1.8 Yesterday had Normandy veggies, chicken broth and ham. At bedtime ate some sour cream. Thus a gain today. Fighting sinus headache and slight sore throat with Sugarfree Cold-Eeze and rest. Still slight sinus headache. Time to change linens even if a week hasn't past due to dust mite allergy causes sinus headaches. Planned to accompany daughter to get to pay for visit for her cat. Her Christmas present for her cat. Will see if she's still going today. Maybe Tuesday would be fewer animals in. Not an acute problem. Cat isn't in pain. She eats etc. She has what looks like a growth near her neck.
