You're doing good. I wouldn't worry about the scale saying you're gaining or losing on a day to day basis. You mentioned previously that you're not having more than 900 calories? I did something called the fast 800, which I found really worked for me. I ended up actually eating 1000 calories a day on average at that time, then slowly went up to 1200 (it was more sustainable for me) but it works. I'm curious what you have been eating for those calories. I know I need to make a change after the holidays myself. Anyway, good luck. I'd recommend reading or watching information on the "fast 800" because it was created by a doctor and he has tips... it is also aimed for short term..

Mostly protein and lots of green vegetables. Trying to eat as clean as I can.

Also I am getting professional assistance with weight loss so I’m not being unhealthy or anything.

Try not to weigh in daily, I myself have developed at eating disorder by going overboard and becoming obsessive. I started losing my hair and lost my period for three months eating 900 calories a day or less. I strongly encourage you to eat no less than 1200 calories so that your body can function. Although eating healthy foods is good, you still need to eat enough.
