Did a “cleanse” by drinking Smooth Move tea found at Walmart in the tea section. It wasn’t joking. I usually drink unsweetened Lemon Ginger tea for moving things along, it’s really good for metabolism boosting and inflammation.

Helps me on a regular basis. Much better for you than taking a laxative. Don't forget to log the calories. Regardless of how few, I find it helps to track all.

Its ok to do once in awhile, but too much of it and your digestion will become dependent on it for elimination. Great job on the loss

JivaGnosis— people don’t know what they don’t know. I do a cleanse every 5 years when I have a colonoscopy. That’s often enough for me. Hehehe.
