Wow! Its incredible you've stayed the same weight for so long. Kind of like maintenance. That's totally ok, but I just happened to notice. I don't know if that's what you been trying to do or not. At least you're not gaining. I hit a plateau for about 3 weeks awhile back. Guess that's pretty normal. I just stuck it out then I dropped a few pounds pretty quickly and it's been going down slowly steadily since. I just tried to vary my workouts and calories so my body wouldn't try to compensate. I still stay within the same overall calorie total for the week but I purposely eat more some days and less others instead of the same number every day. That helps. But I don't eat less than 1400 in a day. If you eat too little your metabolism slows down too much. I try not to do the exact same workouts every day either and I take a day off every 3 or 4 days. Hope you don't mind me posting this. If its not relevant please disregard.
