No loss at all this week, but also no gain. But naff but it'll have to do
196,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 12,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 60,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

The main thing you remained and not gained. Maybe small tweaks this week will lead to a loss. Stay positive.

I also didn't put 100% effort in so that wouldn't have helped. New week now, hopefully more results by next week

I'm finding it so hard to get back into it, I really want to but feel like I'm fighting myself on a daily basis to not have junk food
