This was a win day for. I woke up to stress it didn't let up til about 20 minutes ago.
Instead of diving onto high carb junk food.
I finished putting on the binding on a Great Grandsons quilt.
Over 2 weeks and I haven't cheated.
Yah me!!!
100,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 32,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

The day may have started out stressful but you took control and did not let it discourage you. You finished your great grandson's quilt, I'm sure he will love, you stayed true to your diet and reaped the benefits of losing some weight, WOOHOOO!! Congrats!!

Great job! Every victory IS a victory! Congrats on finishing the binding on the quilt. I think there is no greater gift of love than a handmade quilt! I hope it will be very special to him his whole life.
