WHAT WEIGHT MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND STRONG....This is a very good question asked by a very valuable maintaining buddy of mine. I was going to immediately type in 135 because that is my goal weight but then decided that this question would be a good one to explore since I am 10 pounds to goal.
"I concentrate on the pleasure of being my right weight. I appreciate my body and take good care of it." Starting today I am going to explore this question and put it down on paper because I feel it will be a great tool in reaching and keeping at my goal weight.
Yesterday I was asked to join a challenge called "Last pound standing", this challenge is one where you get voted off the island so to speak, "Lose a pound a week or be eliminated from the challenge"! At first I was thinking, heck no... as the last 10 are always the hardest pounds to lose! Then I thought why not? Let me see what I can do and at least give it a try. Anyone interested in this challenge let me know and I'll send you an invite.

I think for me a weight that makes me feel comfortable and strong is when I can look at myself in the mirror and like what I see. Its not a specific lb so to speak. I'm not as concerned about the amount I weigh as I am about the amount of toxins I carry in my body, and the amount of body fat I have! I would like to be a HEALTHY body fat % not to high not to low!! I have a goal weight set but I'm really trying not to focus on that as much as I am getting healthier, and STAYING that way! (LOVE LOVE LOVE Fried Green Tomatoes) Kathy Bates was wonderful in that movie!!! TOWANDA!!!!!!!! Have a great day...:)

This has also been a question asked to me lately and I have to say that there is a happy medium on where one wants to stay with when it comes to weight but as you become leaner your body density changes and can actually weigh more but be smaller. For me if I go too below 170 I get weak in workouts but become very lean which is my goal but if I get over 175 i feel bogged down so for me its a balance of going back and forth in losing fat then building muscle and keeping betweem 165 and 175. Great topic Lisa! We both have same amount to lose and we shall do it together with a dance the universe shall see!

That is a good question. I really just want to get my cholesterol down and
avoid having a heart attache, I am not young but I am not old either. So if
I happen to look better and I know I will by losing the fat around my middle
