Did you record all of your binge in your food diary? If you did, be proud. I would never have the guts to do that- let alone, I cant even remember what i shoved into my mouth when I binge. And look at the bright side, you only had about 1806 calories. You're still in a calorie deficit. I'm not saying it was okay to binge. I'm sure you feel terrible physically and emotionally. All i'm saying is its not the end of the world. Try to put it behind you. Learn from this. And move on. Tomorrow is another day
