Ugggh...new month and I’m really trying to get motivated again, but that weigh-in sure stung! TMI but I just got back on BC and that may have affected me also. Only worked out 3x last week but just felt bloated and yucky all weekend. Woke up at 5:30 am today because I really want to start working out in the mornings again. Here’s to a new month!!!
