I agree with cgr... Hang in there! I know it gets frustrating, I'm getting a little frustrated with the slowdown I've been seeing too. But, you can do this! Water is definitely key, but I also notice sleep has TONS to do with it... Have you been getting your 8 hours? I know sleep has been an issue for me lately, and I definitely see a correlation.
