Diario de getfitdede, 06 feb. 21

NO exercise yesterday after sleeping in. Then a visitor, an appointment, shooting at the gun range, grocery shopping, etc... I swear sleeping in changes the day. And now today, I slept in again! I two nights, 19 hours of sleep. This has NEVER HAPPENED IN MY LIFE‼️ If my mother we’re still alive, she’d be shocked. So enough of that. Last night John and I shared an amazing 2014 Brunello down at the wine pit. OMG. Soooo good. I made a charcuterie board, and weighed everything on it. I’m going to input it now-curios to see the calorie count. Then we moved up to the fountain wall and finished off with Scotch. Hmmmm...maybe that’s why I slept 9 1/2 hours🤣 .
90,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
