ok..So i gained 5 pounds but i know why and how. Its my fault and i cant say "oh i wonder why i gained". But today is the first day of my personal Challenge! I will let everyone know tonight how it goes!

It's really good that you know how you gained the weight. Today is new and so are you. Be your best. I agree with Deana and make your challenge public. it's always fun to have others join in.

Dana I gained 2.5 pounds since Wednesday reporting. I too know what is was, 2 nights of Mexican food, Whataburger and Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno stuffed shrimp Saturday night. I had 4 dinners in a row that were 15+ WW points. Then Sunday, guess what I went from 173.5 to 176! So that is how I put on all the weight before...now I get it. I also made a personal challenge to myself and I am eating fruits/veggies/brown rice/ basically Fat Smash Detox this week to get me back on track. I have partied enough for this month, well except Saturday, will have to have a piece of my 2 year olds B-day cake, that is why I MUST BE GOOD TIL SATURDAY!!!!
