I started a challenge in hope of staying focused. I have had some success and nobody to be accountable to aside from myself(the most important person)
I need to stop cheating myself. I am totally capable of getting into good physical shape and I know my mental strength can be helped as well.
My personality is young and strong and happy and I want to physically match how I feel and how I know I can be proud of myself!
