I knew this week was tough, so all things considering not as bad as I thought it would be with large family dinners all this week. I'm resetting as of yesterday to stay at least under the 2k in calories for this week, and more of my nature walks which I missed due to how chaotic things have been for me. I'm still looking forward to March!
