I cannot wait to get out of the 180s. I have been trapped there for soooo long. I can see the end in sight. Have been doing 4 miles at the gym every night this week. I feel great, I can't wait to look great too. This weekend will be a challenge, not to binge and eat while I'm bored. I actually don't miss food right now, I have not been too hungry and maybe those people who say "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" are right...?
