Okay so, Lately Ive been eating whatever.... I haven't been overdoing it TOO much, but still. I worked out last night and plan to tonight and the day after. It's just cardio for the most part (tae bo) and 45 mins a day is great for my general health. I may or may not include strength training for 3 days out of the week. I'm still putting together some sort of regimine. I KNOW I am bloated right now. TOM should be here in like... I duno, 5 mins? lol So I know I've got at least 2 lbs of water weight on me, it usually happens... especially when I have a fair amount of sodium (which I have). I must drink more water!!! Cheers! <3
