This weigh in marks 6 months exactly since I started this journey. 6 months seems quite a big hill to climb looking forward, but looking back it seems like no time at all. Hard to believe I was carrying 22 more kilos around on me back in September. Can't tell you how much happier and healthier I feel now, and I really have been enjoying my food! Only a short way from my first goal, and then I'll change my target as still another 6kg to reach the top range of my healthy BMI, and hopefully by then my waist will also be in the healthy range as that's where all the excess is now.
