87,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 12,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Hey, Carolyn. Don't give up! It's tough any time, but this time of year especially, but you can do it. Make a few small changes first, like drinking tons of water. If you want some good support buddies, look in my buddy list. There are some great folks on there ready to cheer for you.

Know what's really cool? You came back and that says a lot about your desire to lose the weight. Rob has it right. Small changes. But document all of your food. No matter what it is. Then begin making adjustments and changes to your diet to make it balanced and healthy. Cut back on the junk/processed foods or the bad carbs. Up your protein. It will come off.
