well today is day 20 down 9lbs. have had some road blocks but trying to get over them. reading some of the posts here are inspiring me. I am gonna post here and there and let some of you know how my journey is going. i have had a full knee replacement, partial knee first before the full and partial to the other knee. I also had Achilles reconstruction on same leg as full knee so have fluctuated with my weight over the last 6 years with surgeries and last yr with the pandemic so figure it's time to shit or get off the pot and stop making excuses. I figure lent started and you should give something up you enjoy so I made a commitment to get in shape and get off my ass. I have made some progress and will post as I go
