grumpy and sore and lazy. I've been eating like an ass the last few days because I'm obsessed with extra spicy hot cross buns. I'm also not doing any walking or exercise because of my back and sore knee. looking forward to my trip to the chiropractor today. it should sort out a lot of stuff! taking the whole week off to recover and eat anti inflammatories like smarties. and I'll be back to my chirpy self next week.
