My average weight at the moment is 200.8 pounds. I've seen onederland 3 times 8n the last week so that is super encouraging. I love looking at my weight history graph; it reminds me that weight loss looks more like a Rollercoaster than a straight line. There have been ups and downs but my over trend is losing weight. Current goal is a simple 500 calorie deficit every day. With that goal achieved I will be solidly in the mid 190's by the end of the month! Hope you all are living with a whole heart today!
